Option 3) Off-exchange plans (direct-to-carrier)
- If your household’s modified adjusted gross income exceeds the cutoff for premium assistance from Covered California, then you might want to consider reviewing the plans available off-exchange or direct-to-carrier. There are some additional health insurance plans off-exchange that are not available through the Covered California exchange.
